Loved the location of the place and it was central enough to get to the airport if you have a flight the next morning and the beach. Great staff and quiet rooms were most important as well as there being AC. It's hot there and that's what you'll need.

The smile of the staff. The ladies and all the team are really nice. It is very near the beach and of the place I was working (convention center).

Without a doubt, what we loved the most was the location, which is very close to the main beach and all tourist attractions. An important point to note is that the bus to San Luis stops right there, making the location essential for a great vacation, and this hotel offers just that.

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and accommodate our needs. They offered clean water (hot/cold) and would refill water bottles. There was a shower at the front of the hotel to clean off the sand from the beach. It was quite in the room with good A/C which allowed for a good nights sleep. The hotel is much more modern than others we stayed in Colombia.

I had a fantastic stay at Prixma Hotel! The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy all that San Andrés has to offer. The facilities were spotless, and it’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. What really stood out was the staff—every interaction was warm and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

the staff are such lovely ladies! the hotel and room were very clean, and kept very nicely each day with fresh towels. beach towels are available at no cost and there is fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. ample hot water for showers

The location was amazing : close to the sea and the center, but not close enough to have all the noise from the busy areas. The room was nice and very clean. No windows or fridges which would be a great addition. The staff was amazing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are modest but very clean. Breakfast next door to hotel is great value and high quality.

The location of the hotel is pretty good; you can go to the beach in 3 minutes on foot. The front desk will also help you to find a taxi/mulita/towel/trip agency, very helpful.
